Natasha Tishkevich, LMHC

Natasha is a licensed mental health counselor in the states of Florida and Oregon with over nine years of experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse treatment. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Florida Gulf Coast University and Hodges University, majoring in Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Throughout her career working with teens and adults, Natasha has learned the importance of tailoring strategies to meet each client's unique individual needs and respecting where they are in their process of change. Whether the goal is to manage stress and decrease suffering or to improve relationships with the self and others, the approaches she utilizes are evidence-based and backed by research to improve the quality of life for her clients.

Together, Natasha and her clients explore the areas of life which are causing disruption and build on the strengths that have gotten them where they are today in order to live the life most meaningful to them.
