Finding us and parking
Suite 110 is at 618 SW 3rd St, with free on-site parking. The lot is small, so park in any open space. As you face the building from the parking lot, walk all the way to the left; our door is the last one on the left end of the building. There is no check-in desk to navigate; your clinician will meet you in the lounge at your appointment time. If anything is unclear on the day, call (239) 940-7025 and we will come out to meet you.
What the Cape Coral office is like
Our Cape Coral office does not look like a clinic. It looks like a house you would be happy to sit down in: a coffee bar by the window, a coastal therapy room with a blue loveseat, a room with a reclaimed-wood wall, and a dedicated play therapy room with a dollhouse and a rainbow rug for our youngest clients.

Insurance and cost
We are in network with most major plans in Southwest Florida:
Out-of-network with Sunshine Health and Ambetter — credentialing in progress. We provide superbills for potential reimbursement.
Without insurance, a 50-minute session is $175. With insurance, most clients pay only a copay, which depends on the plan and whether the deductible has been met. We verify your benefits before your first session and tell you what to expect, so there is no surprise at the desk.
Psychologist, therapist or psychiatrist?
The three titles get used interchangeably around Cape Coral, but they describe different training and different jobs. A quick guide before you call:
- Therapists and counselors hold a master's degree and a Florida license (LMHC, LCSW or LMFT) to provide talk therapy. Nearly everyone on our team is one, and for most concerns this is the right place to start.
- Psychologists hold a doctorate (PhD or PsyD) and, alongside therapy, can carry out formal psychological testing. We do not offer testing at this time.
- Psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners are medical prescribers. Ours is Jennifer Taylor, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, who offers psychiatric evaluations and medication management to adults 18 and over by telehealth anywhere in Florida.
Seeing a therapist and a prescriber together is common, and because both are part of the same practice, the two can coordinate with your consent.
Getting started
