About Will
For nearly two decades, Will has had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through some of life's most meaningful and difficult seasons. His path into counseling was shaped through years of ministry, leadership, and community work, where he saw firsthand how anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, unresolved pain, and the pressures of everyday life can deeply affect a person's sense of peace, identity, and connection.
Will works primarily with adults and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted. Many of the people he meets with are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship conflict, shame, or major life transitions. Others are simply trying to understand themselves better, improve communication, rebuild trust, or find a healthier way forward. His goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported while also being challenged toward growth and healing.
In marriage counseling, Will helps couples recognize unhealthy relational patterns, improve communication, rebuild emotional connection, and better understand both themselves and each other. He believes many struggles in relationships are not simply about the surface conflict, but about deeper fears, unmet needs, attachment wounds, and the stories we carry about ourselves. Together, they work to break destructive cycles and build healthier ways of relating.
His counseling approach is relational, practical, and grounded in evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral approaches and solution-focused techniques. At the same time, he believes lasting change often happens when people begin addressing not only behaviors and symptoms, but also the shame, fear, disconnection, and identity struggles underneath them.
