If your employer or marketplace plan is through Florida Blue, you can receive therapy at Living Well at in-network rates, keeping your out-of-pocket costs as low as possible.

Using your Florida Blue insurance for therapy is straightforward. Here is the process:

- We review your costs. Before you attend your first session, we explain what you will owe so you can plan accordingly.
- Attend your session. Bring your Florida Blue insurance card and a photo ID. We bill Florida Blue directly, so you only pay your patient responsibility at the time of service.
