About Angie
I have always believed that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change. When you walk into a session with me, my first priority is making sure you feel safe, respected, and genuinely seen. I know that opening up to a stranger takes courage, and I do not take that trust lightly. Everything we do together starts from a place of partnership — you are the expert on your own life, and I am here to walk alongside you as you find your way forward.
My work focuses on helping people navigate anxiety, life transitions, and the relationship challenges that can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected. Whether you are adjusting to a major change — a new career, a move, a shift in a relationship, or a chapter you did not expect — or you are struggling with the weight of anxious thoughts that make it hard to be present, I want you to know that you do not have to figure it out alone. These experiences are a normal part of being human, and there is real strength in seeking support.
I approach therapy from a holistic, strength-based perspective. That means I am not here to fix what is "wrong" with you — I am here to help you reconnect with the resilience, wisdom, and resources you already carry within you. I draw from mindfulness practices, person-centered techniques, and cognitive strategies to create a plan that fits your life and honors who you are as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.
Relationships are central to so much of our well-being, and I am especially passionate about helping clients explore the patterns that show up in how they connect with others. Sometimes the way we learned to relate early in life no longer serves us, and therapy can be a space to understand those patterns with compassion and begin building healthier ways of communicating, setting boundaries, and showing up for the people who matter most.
Personal growth is not always comfortable, but it does not have to be something you white-knuckle through on your own. I bring warmth, honesty, and a genuine belief in your capacity to grow into the life you want. If you are looking for a therapist who will meet you exactly where you are — without judgment — I would love the opportunity to connect with you.
